These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") govern the use of the shopping website "Shuri Ryusen Online Store" (hereinafter "this Site") operated by Shuri Ryusen Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company").

Article 1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms set forth the provisions concerning the services provided by this Site.

Article 2. Members

"Members" shall refer to those who, after agreeing to these Terms and completing the prescribed registration procedures, have been approved by the Company.

The Company may decline to approve membership if it determines that approval as a member is inappropriate.

Each member may register only once.

Article 3. Password Management

Personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, email address) shall not be provided externally in principle, except for entrusting it to contractors within the scope necessary to provide this service, and except where the member has consented to disclosure.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company may disclose part of the member registration information (name, address) without the consent of the member in the following cases:

When the Company determines that disclosure to the police or related authorities is necessary because the member's actions cause harm to the Company, other members, or third parties
When disclosure of registration information is requested by police, courts, public prosecutors, attorneys, consumer centers, or organizations with equivalent authority, and the Company decides to comply
In other cases where the Company deems disclosure to be reasonable

The Company does not accept any false declarations regarding any of the registration information declared at the time of joining.

If there are any changes to the registration information, the member shall promptly complete the prescribed procedures.

Article 5. Prohibition of Use Beyond the Scope of Private Use

Except where the Company has given approval (including obtaining the consent of any third party with rights to the relevant information through the Company), members may not reproduce, sell, publish, or otherwise use any information obtained through the Company beyond the scope of private use.

Article 6. Prohibited Acts by Members

The Company prohibits members from engaging in, or threatening to engage in, the following acts:

Acts contrary to public order and morals
Acts connected to criminal conduct
Acts that violate laws or regulations
Acts that infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company, other members, or third parties
Acts that infringe the property, privacy, etc. of the Company, other members, or third parties
Acts that cause disadvantage to the Company, other members, or third parties
Acts that slander or defame the Company, other members, or third parties
Acts that interfere with the operation of this Site or damage the Company's credibility
All business activities conducted using the member's identity without the Company's approval
Election campaigns or acts similar thereto, or acts that violate the Public Offices Election Act and other laws
Providing false answers to any surveys conducted by the Company, including registration procedures
Sending or posting harmful computer programs, etc.
Improper use of IDs and passwords
Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 7. Termination of Membership

If any of the following items apply, the Company may terminate the membership of the relevant member without prior notice or consent:

When the member violates any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited acts set forth in Article 6
When the Company recognizes that the member's declared information at the time of joining or in subsequent surveys is intentionally false
When the member improperly uses or causes another to improperly use the password
When there has been improper conduct that the Company does not approve of
When there has been other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate

When membership is terminated, all rights the member holds against the Company shall also be terminated.

Article 8. Withdrawal

If a member wishes to withdraw from the Company, the member shall notify the Company in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and withdrawal shall be completed after the Company's withdrawal procedures are finalized.

Article 9. Changes to Terms

The Company may change these Terms at any time without prior notice to or consent from members. The changes shall be deemed to have been agreed to by all members upon being displayed on this Site for one month. However, when there is a risk of disadvantage to a third party or when an unforeseen situation is anticipated, the Company may implement the changes without waiting for the above period.

Article 10. Interruption and Suspension of Service

The Company may, without prior notice or consent of members, suspend or interrupt all or part of its services in any of the following cases:

In the case of periodic maintenance or updates of this Site, or in the event of an emergency
When continued operation of this Site becomes difficult due to force majeure events such as fire, power outage, or natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances

Even if any disadvantage or damage occurs to members due to the events described above, the Company shall be exempted from liability.

Article 11. Changes or Discontinuation of Service Content

The Company may change or discontinue the content of the services on this Site without prior notice to or consent of the members.

Even if any disadvantage or damage occurs to members as a result of changing or discontinuing service content based on the preceding paragraph, the Company shall be exempted from liability.

Article 12. Suspension of Service

The Company may suspend the services on this Site after a certain period of advance notice.

Article 13. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information collected by the Company shall be handled in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy."

Article 14. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members or third parties due to delays or interruptions in the provision of services on this Site, regardless of the reason.

In the event of any dispute between a member and another member or a third party regarding the information or services provided through this Site, the member shall resolve the dispute at the member's own expense and responsibility, and shall not cause damage to the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to transactions such as the sale of goods between members and third parties conducted through this Site, or from other transactions.

The Company shall not be liable for any issues arising from the disclosure of member registration information pursuant to Article 4, Paragraphs 2 and 3.

Article 15. Provision of this Service

Orders shall be placed through this Site.

Order Hours
Orders from this Site are accepted 24 hours a day; however, there may be cases where orders cannot be accepted due to server maintenance, etc. In such cases, the Company shall not be liable.

Displayed Prices
Prices are displayed inclusive of tax.

Shipping Fees, Delivery, and Delivery Date

Delivery Destinations
Delivery is limited to within Japan.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Warranty
Except as provided in the preceding article, the Company provides no warranty whatsoever regarding defects in goods sold.

Other Notes
Some products may have limited stock and may not be deliverable due to being out of stock.
Some products delivered may differ slightly from those described on the website due to specification changes.
Product photographs posted on the website are taken of the actual products; however, the colors may differ from those of the actual products when viewed directly, depending on the monitor used.
The Company shall not be liable for any issues arising from non-delivery of emails sent by the Company to customers or from customers to the Company, or from garbled characters; please understand this in advance.
When multiple products are ordered and some are out of stock, the Company may, at its discretion, deliver all ordered products together once all items become available.

Article 16. Agreed Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute concerning these Terms, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
