Can I cancel or return my order after it's been placed?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Additionally, cancellations of gift wrapping orders after confirmation are not accepted.
When purchasing products, please review the photos and descriptions carefully before making your decision.
While we inspect all products thoroughly, in the unlikely event that a product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it with a new one. Please contact us in such cases.
However, please understand that we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer, or for items that have been used once.

For items in stock, we will ship within 3 business days after confirming your payment.

About Using Hand-Dyed Products
Coral dyeing is a delicate product, hand-dyed one by one by artisans.
Dyes are layered to express patterns and colors, so colors will fade when washed. Please hand wash separately.
During washing, the fabric may shrink or stretch due to its nature. In such cases, dampen the fabric with a spray bottle and iron it while pulling.
Please also note that color may fade or transfer due to friction, sweat, or moisture such as rain during use. Thank you for your understanding.
